You must watch this video from Candy Gourlay's blog. It is the cutest! This boy is definitely going to be published some day. He's way ahead of where most of us were at age nine (well, at least me).
For the love of all things adorable. I want to show this to my nine-year-old daughter but then I'm pretty sure she'll realize this boy might be her soul mate (at least until he dogs illustrators since she is both author and illustrator) but maybe that will be okay and I can't let that happen because I do not want that adorable accent to lure her to England. *gasp*
My daughter's only three and she'd fall for him HARD. But at least she doesn't know how to write emails yet. Well, not decipherable ones, at any rate. They mostly look like:
